High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations: To provide interior alteration to the existing kitchen and repairs/replacement of features to this existing Heritage A building on this site. “1)\tremove the balustrade bordering the north terrace, including the surrounds on the west and east sides, and replace with a new cast stone balustrade to match existing; 2)\tinstall a clear tempered laminated glazing to the balustrade to achieve code-compliant height; 3)\tinstall a new terrace membrane and reinstate terrace flooring to match existing; 4)\tkitchen upgrade consisting of new exterior exhaust duct on the east side, concealed by a trellis.
