Basement and main level are of concrete construction. Levels 2-6 are of wood frame construction. (No kitchen Exhaust ducts proposed. Only HVAC ducts at the main ceiling level.) VBBL 2019 - Reviewed during 2020/2021 Pandemic. STAGE 1 - Excavation and Shoring issued on April 14, 2021. STGAE 2 - Full Construction issued on June 25, 2021. Rev# 1 (Apr. 21, 2022) - Interior and exterior changes on the following: - changing from Affordable Housing to Supportive Housing; - expanding the North retail unit; - eliminating the South retail unit; - expanding Amenity spaces with servery function, calming room and security office at the first floor; - reducing Class B bike stalls from 12 stalls to 8 stalls; and, - adding a heat treatment room. Rev# 2 - (Apr. 28, 2023) - Interior and exterior alterations and change of major occupancy per the following below and change of owners from Anhart Community to the City of Vancouver. - a change of use from Retail to Social Service Centre; - changing Unit #210 from a 2 bedroom dwelling to ancillary office space - updated interior details; - removal of the Tensarch structure from the roof and addition of an overhang, and; - corrected Landscape drawing for Level 1 to show the correct mosaic tile in the residential entry alcove.
