High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - Interior and exterior alterations to demise this single tenant catering (F2) building into three tenant spaces, to fit out one of the spaces (628 Clark) for a new Catering Kitchen (F2) space and to create two shell medium hazard industrial (F2) spaces (620 Clark and 1318 Frances st.) for future fit out.
