Scope of work: - New interior walls & doors, universal washroom, T-bar and drywall ceilings, plumbing fixtures, flooring & painting. OK for Field Review per W.Wong, June 23, 2021 Related DP-2021-00506 Time limited expired June 10, 2022 Note: - No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly inside or outside of the approved glazing frontages and windows. - Separate permits will be required for signs and/or awnings Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Automatic Full OFF (per 9.4.1.1.(h) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) Note: Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
