High Density Housing / Commercial - Temporary Building / Structure - Related to CF-2020-014816; The installation of a temporary tent over the temporary outdoor seating area, for the exclusive use of Local Public Eatery (2210 Cornwall Street) for a limited period of time expiring on April 6, 2021. This permit has been issued under the Covid-19 Temporary Patio Program (TEPP). Building Review Branch Notes: - Building Permit for DP-2020-00787 - Weather protection walls/curtains must be hung over the short ends of the patio, leaving the long side open. - No heaters permitted inside the tent. - Heaters, concrete blocks, and guywires must not obstruct exit and access path and create trip hazards. - Schedule B, structural provided. Revision #1 (Adessa. M, May 31st, 2021) - A new tent is proposed the replace the existing one which was expired on April 6th, 2021.
