Scope of work : Interior demolition of Lobby, Elevator Lobby ceiling, flooring, mechanical equipment and lighting. Construction of new interior finishes: lighting fixtures, ceiling, floors and revisions to mechanical and sprinkler system Revision #1: to provide soffit and soffit lighting to the main lobby area, provide upgrades to the exterior lights, lighting controls and to add power for future lights and signage.
