Replacement of siding to match existing in colour and material. No changes to openings of windows and door. Separate Sign Permit is required to replace existing projecting sign. Revision #1 - to build a 5'-6" wide by 4'-3" deep closet. Revision #2 1. Adding four A/C units on south elevation wall. 2. Concrete curb entry to be rebuilt. 3. Update drawings to reflect site conditions. Energy upgrade trigger: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Scheduled Shutoff (per 9.4.1.1.(i) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) 4. Building Not Sprinklered – No sprinkler inspection or permit required.
