Ok for field review as per K Vogt Relaxation of parking to zero for the site per B.Ostrander. Note: - No strata-titling will be permitted. - An annual Vancouver Business License must be obtained prior to the rental of this approved one-family dwelling and/or secondary suite on this site. - EnerGuide was not able to be provided prior to building permit submission as the building envelope was compromised at the time of the Energy Evaluation. Energy Evaluation report must be presented to the inspector upon final inspection.
