Demo walls and door at the south elevation adjacent to the sleeping porch at the 1st storey and install 2 sets of sliding doors. 5. Installation of heat pump at the rear east elevation of the building. 6. Removal of exterior or chimney from the roof. 7. To validate the exterior egress stairs at the rear. 8. Replacement of exterior windows are to match existing windows. Interior Alterations: Basement - Removal of interior doors & walls, plumbing fixtures, chimney, furnace, washer, dryer. Area converted into Rec Room with no bar sink - New doors & interior walls, relocate HWT and electrical panel, update bathroom 1st fl - Removal of interior doors & walls, plumbing fixtures, kitchen appliances - Install doors & interior walls, fireplace, closet, millwork, relocate bathroom & update kitchen 2nd fl - Removal of doors, interior walls, and closets - Update & enlarge bathroom, one new bathroom, new doors & interior walls 3rd fl - Removal & install of interior walls & doors, re & re plumbing fixtures - Removal of chimney from basement to 3rd storey - Sprinklering the entire building to NFPA 13 D standards. - Install interconnected, hardwired, 120 volt smoke alarms as per VBBL 9.10.19 and Carbon Monoxide Alarm as per VBBL 9.3.32.4.2 REUP submitted per Scott Silverthorn, 604-787-1952 Schedule B Structural submitted per Carlos Chiu, 604-737-9830 A/C unit to conform to City of Vancouver Noise By-Law #6555
