Scope of work: remove finishes, partition walls, ceilings, millwork, doors and construct two new demising walls, two rear exit doors, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler work. REVISION #1: to demise #R120 into two (2) "shell units" (#R120 and #R124A) instead of the previously approved three (3) "shell units (#R120, #R122 and #R124) by removing one (1) demising partition wall.
