High Density Housing / Commercial - New Building - Building Permit for DP-2018-00440. To perform interior and exterior alterations and convert the existing Heritage B designated one-family dwelling (The Cristiano House) to a two-storey plus basement multiple conversion dwelling containing two units, and to develop a three-storey plus basement one-family infill dwelling at the southeast corner of the site, and two two-storey infill one-family dwellings at the rear of the site each with shared two built-in two-car garages with vehicular access from the lane. Revision #1: (related to minor amendment DP-2021-00921 issued March 31/22) - Heritage house - windows on north and east walls have been revised. See A4.0, A4.5, A2.1, A2.2. - Existing chimney will be replaced with new chimney of same dimensions and stone cladding. A2.1, A4. - Window on west side of Heritage house porch crawl space will be changed to ventilation louvre; window on east side of porch crawl space will be replaced with ventilation louvre (there was no existing window in this location). A2.0, A4.0., A4.5. - Access hatch added from basement to porch crawl space of Heritage building will be added. A2.0. - Unit #5 building has minor window size revisions. A2.0, A2.2, A2.3, A4.1, and A4.6. - Heritage house roof insulation has changed from between rafters to attic insulation.
