Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To convert this existing One Family Dwelling on this site to a One Family Dwelling with Secondary Suite by removing WWOP and upgrading suite. Scope of Work: Remove front and rear deck canopies. Remove living space from garage and return to parking space. Legalize secondary suite on main floor. Address note: 623 E 10TH AVE - One Family Dwelling (1std floor, north portion of basement) - Secondary Suite (south portion of basement) Address has been assigned per the approved plans as the access to the secondary suite is from the west site. This access must be provided & maintained at all times; the address must be posted to be easily visible from the street: AND posted by the suite entry in accordance with the Building by-law.
