Structural schedule B submitted by: Tong Ngo 604-372-2120 Board of Variance Decision - September 22nd, 2020 Appeal No. Z35593 - 488 West 22nd Avenue This appeal was heard by the Board of Variance on September 22nd, 2020 and was ALLOWED IN PART, thereby overturning the decision of the Director of Planning who refused Development Application No. DP-2020-00401 and approved interior and exterior alterations and adding a new deck with cover over at the rear of the main floor, provide new roof cover over sunken patio entrance, remove work without permit kitchen on second floor in the existing crawl space at this existing one-family dwelling with a proposed Secondary suite site, and subject to the following condition: (1) that the Board of Variance did NOT approve the two (2) covers (entry cover and second floor balcony cover) in the front of the house or facing West 22ndAvenue and both covers shall be REMOVED in accordance with the Board’s decision on September 22nd, 2020; and (2) that the development shall otherwise comply with the requirements and regulations of the Zoning and Development By-law to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning.
