Tenant: INS Main St Market Scope of work includes: new walls for stockroom and barrier free unisex washroom back of house; install service desk, wall shelving, display case, wall coolers, exit sign, emergency light; new floors, T-bar ceiling, HVAC, power, finishes, lighting and paint throughout. Food is pre-packaged and there will be no food preparation nor serving coffee in this unit as per Letter of Operation dated Sept 21, 2020 submitted by INS Market OK for field review as per Eun Jeon, September 21, 2020.
