Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 1832 Commercial Drive - Ground Floor Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements for a new General Office - Real Estate/Presentation Center tenant in this existing mixed use building on this site. Scope of work: remove all partition walls, doors, millwork and construct new partitions, display kitchen & bathroom. Existing washroom will be made larger and accessible, new lighting layout, electrical work. REVISION #1: addition of dropped ceiling. New pages of schedules, washroom/kitchen/entry elevations added and sections and details. Increase in project value from $75,000 to $81,000. Jan. 4, 2022 mlh * Appliances and plumbing fixtures for display are not connected. NOTES: 1) Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing 2) Installation of display suite contains non-operational Kitchen and cooking facilities and bathroom. 3) Selected Energy upgrade: E2 Upgrade - Upgrade to Bilevel Lighting Control. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
