Field Review - Addition / Alteration - To alter the exterior of this Municipally Designated Heritage "C" one-family dwelling building as per condition noted below: 1) To modify (enlarge) an existing window opening on the rear (north) elevation, to accommodate a paired window assembly. The alteration described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development Permit Number DB-2021-02297, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit. Condition of Approval: New historically appropriate window assembly should be installed to match existing, visually and physically. All rehabilitation work should be done in accordance with the approved Architectural Drawings made part of this permit application. Notes: - This building is sprinklered. DBI to determine on site if separate sprinkler permit is required/Not Req'd per DBI. - DBI to determine on site if Schedule B, Structural is required
