Eng. of Ausenco Engineering Canada Ltd., Tel: 604.339.4902 ~ Fire Protection system and egress will not be affected, all work in compliance with requirements of VBBL Part 12 as per assurance letter dated July 9, 2021 submitted by CP Tang, P. Eng. ~ See Fisheries and Oceans Canada letter dated May 6, 2021 to permit the piling replacement with measures recommended in order to avoid and mitigate the potential for prohibited effects to fish and fish habitat. DFO approval is for one year, expiring May 6, 2022.
