Description

Enquiry Centre - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations only to remove and replace the two (2) existing transformers with new on Level 12, and to refurbish one (1) existing motor control centre, and to remove three (3) existing motor control centres and replace with new electric panels complete with external motor starters, and five (5) electric panels are being replaced with new panels at this existing Municipally Designated Heritage 'M' City Hall Civic Government Office building. Note: The project will also include the installation of a new Camlok Connection Box and a new 63 mm surface mounted conduit for a future temporary mobile generator on the north exterior of the building at Level 0, and to accommodate this installation one (1) exterior penetration must be made for an electrical conduit, which has been cleared by Heritage Analyst Maxine Schleger that no Heritage Alteration Permit (HAP) would be required for this proposed exterior alteration, March 1, 2021.
