Field Review - Addition / Alteration - 888 Cambie St Interior alterations to provide tenant improvements and a temporary change of use/change of major occupancy of the entire building (approx. 28,032 sq. ft.) from School (A2) to General Office (D) for a new temporary Office tenant approved for a period of 3 years from the date of Occupancy Permit issuance in this existing 3 storey, Heritage "C" commercial building on this site. Scope of work: alterations to remove flooring, walls, doors, glazing, millwork, finishes, bathroom counter and sinks on all levels, remove kitchen fixtures and millwork; install new carpet tiles, baseboard, LED exit signage, doors, bathroom sinks, low-flow fixtures and counters on all levels, new kitchen fixtures/millwork, paint and finishes throughout. REVISION #1: new suspended linear light fixtures, new power and network outlets, electrical panel relocation (panel A), new cable trays, emergency lighting and new exit signs, push to exit buttons indicated on plans.
