Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior Alterations and change of Major occupancy from Retail (E) to Office - similar to Financial Institution (D-small suite) at 2447 Granville St on the 1st storey of this existing 5 storey commercial building. Tenant: Vancouver Bullion & Currency Exchange (1,588 sq. ft.) Scope of work includes: alterations to remove partitions, ceiling, lighting, plumbing fixtures, flooring; new partitions, millwork, ceiling, doors, flooring and plumbing fixtures; new power, lighting, paint and finishes throughout. OK for Field Review as per Kim Vogt. OK for window film blocking the office and private area, remainder of the windows are to be clear and unobstructed as per POD, Feb 23, 2021 and also shown on drawings. Notes: ~ 2 layers gypsum wall board to be added on suite side (north side and west side) as per Part 11 – Minor Alterations and change of Major Occupancy (Small Suite) ~ Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Automatic Full OFF (per 9.4.1.1.(h) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016). ~ Building Sprinklered – Building inspector to determine on site if a separate sprinkler permit is required.
