Field Review - Addition / Alteration - #1308 - 13th Floor - 510 W Hastings Interior alterations to remove non loadbearing partitions and finishes and to consolidate 6 office tenant spaces (#1308,1310,1327,1328,1329 and 1330) to create a new office shell space. Note: The existing #1300 to remain vacant until the TI to rebuild the common corridor on this floor is completed. Separate permit is required for future tenant improvement or to change the use. E-2 energy upgrade required. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant’s responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage. DBI to determine if sprinkler is required/SP req'd per DBI.
