Scope of work includes: 1) Replacement of existing loading bay doors with new loading bay doors. 2) Addition of a ramp for bicycles at the exterior loading bay. 3) New vinyl flooring. 4) Installation of kitchen cabinets and sink at existing plumbing location. 5) Addition of duplex electrical outlets. 6) Addition of metal security bars on windows. 7) Installation of security system. OK for field review as per Lalitha Jayaraman Note: 1. Refer to DP-2022-00144 for change of use from Wholesaling to Courier Depot.
