Exterior alterations are limited to: 1. Removal of concrete at rear to 60 percent impermeable 2. Removal of unauthorized awnings on the South Elevation, 2nd level 3. Removal of unauthorized awnings on the North Elevation, over the sunken patio and deck at rear. Interior scope of work includes replacing bathroom fixtures and installing new lighting in the kitchen. Okay for Field Review per M. Lee, July 9, 2021 This building is sprinklered. A separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. Note: 1. Related to CF-2020-004787. 2. No strata-titling will be permitted. 3. This is a two-storey building pursuant to the Zoning and Development By-law. 4.
