Occupant load of patio = Max 124 seats Total occupant Load = Max 629 persons (604 seats including patio + 25 staff) Sch A, Arch B, & Elec B are submitted. ******REVIEWED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF VBBL 2019******** Building Review Branch Note: - Additional guardrail may be required at the existing plinth as per District Building Inspector’s discretion at the site. - The side glazing walls temporarily removed due to VCH ventilation requirement during the Pandemic should be reinstalled later. - This work is considered Minor Horizontal Addition (F2, S2, N2, A2, & E2). E2 upgrade proposed for Exterior Lighting Control. - Permanent signage with patio occupant load shall be posted in a conspicuous location at the patio. - No sprinkler work is proposed.
