Scope of work includes: Downstairs bathroom - Swap locations of vanity and shower, move toilet 6 inches North to accommodate new shower. - Move electrical outlet in bathroom from West wall to East wall. - Increase the bathroom door width from 24" to 28" Kitchen - Remove portion of partition at North end of kitchen, add half width counter in existing washer/dryer location. Upstairs bathroom - Move bathtub, toilet, and sink 30" West. Adjust vent stack as required. Add water line and drain for washer. - Move outlets to the new sink location. Add wiring for dryer, relocate light switches and fixtures in the bathroom.
