Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a new noncombustible industrial building Building 3 (South) containing seven (7) two-level industrial strata units (shell). Each suite contains 2 levels: 1st Level - warehouse and office space (shell) 2nd Level - ancillary office (shell) It is PROHIBITTED to divide the 2-storey warehouse units with ancillary office at Level 2 into two suites up and down because the 2nd Floor is not accessible. The upper storey is permitted to contain only facilities that are also contained on the accessible storey; therefore, an office space at Level 1 shall be provided; refer to 3.8.2.1.(1) (f). NOTE: Three industrial buildings are proposed on this site ( Building 1, Building 2 and Building 3). Total number of warehouse units on this site is 25. To combine units 135, 136, 137 and 138 in one unit (unit#135). Number of warehouse units in this building decreased from 10 to 7. Project description was updated.
