Enquiry Centre - Demolition / Deconstruction - To demolish to grade this existing fire damaged Maintenance Shop/Staff Area building on this site. No excavation or shoring is permitted under this permit, separate permits are required. QP - Brian MacQuarrie Contractor: Belfor Proprerty Restoration Okay for SIPS per M. Lee Note: 1) PB Development Trees must be contacted 2-3 days before work commences 2) Immediately upon demolition of the stone wall at the north end of the building, additional fencing must be constructed to prevent ingress to the area adjacent to the trees near that end of the building, in consultation with Parks Arborist Technicians 3) Notice of Demolition must be provided to District Building Inspector 24 hours in advance of demolition by calling 3-1-1 or 604-873-7000 outside of Vancouver. 4) All work must be conducted in accordance with Safe Work Procedures approved by Qualified Professional and WorkSafeBC requirements. 5) Demo to grade only. No soil disturbance or excavation of soil other than that which is incidental to the demolition is permitted under this permit. 6.) QP to submit closure report prior to permit completion.
