New Tenant: WELA Health Bar OK for field review as per Tina Jawandha on April 26, 2022 Mech Schedule B - CW Powell 604-595-4869 Notes: - Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Automatic Partial OFF (per 9.4.1.1.(g) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016). - Class 2 Cooking Operations (non-grease): cooking equipment or process which produces significant steam or heat and does not produce grease-laden vapours - This building is sprinklered. DBI to determine is a separate sprinkler permit is required. No sprinkler permit required as per DBI, July 14/22 - No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
