High Density Housing / Commercial - Addition / Alteration - PHASE 1: NORTH, SOUTH AND WEST ELEVATIONS ONLY. SEE DB-2022-03219 FOR WORK RELATED TO THE EAST BUILDING FACE. Exterior alterations to repair the building envelope at the existing 3-storey multiple dwelling building over one level of partial underground parking on this site. Repairs include replacement of original face-sealed stucco cladding with rain-screened stucco cladding at north, south and west elevations. Replacement of original aluminum framed windows with new vinyl framed windows. Replacement of existing top mounted guardrails with new face-mounted guardrails at suite 832. Replacement of six (6) windows fully covered by overhangs at suites 816, 818 and 834. Renewal of fiber cement siding, and replacement of windows within proximity of the fibre cerement siding. Okay for DB as per M. Alborg on June 6, 2022 Building envelope and environmental separation as per Part 5 design: Schedule A, Schedule B (Architectural), Schedule D, Samer Daibess, P.Eng. Schedule B, (Structural) Darrell Bryce, P.Eng. provided for this project. Building Review Branch Notes: 1. This permit has been reviewed under the requirements of the VBBL #12511 (2019) 2. New window sizes to be no larger than those dimensioned at the site. 3. PHASE 1 of building envelope repairs. This permit does not include work related to the east building face - facing Willow Park. See DB-2022-03219 for work related to the East Building Face. REV #1 (K.Bircham) 1. Eliminating the muntin bars on Windows W14, W15, W16, W20. The window dimension and rough opening detailing will not be affected/changed. Note: Windows are to remain transparent. No translucent or opaque film. OK for revision per S. Patterson on Oct 5th.
