Scope of work includes new heat pump in the parking garage and new louvres on the rear elevation. Ok for field review per A. Patterson - June 21, 2022 OK for DB as per POD Mehdi - June 27, 2022 Notes: - This building is sprinklered. A separate sprinkler permit is required. - Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Scheduled Shutoff (per 9.4.1.1.(i) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016). - Schedule A & B, Electrical, Abdul El-Haddad, P.Eng, 778-360-2153. - Schedule B, Mechanical & Plumbing, Satwik Shetty, P.Eng, 778-360-2153 EXT. 1. - No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
