Description

Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to the existing shell retail space to provide tenant improvements for this proposed new retail limited food tenant in this existing mixed use commercial building on this site. Scope of work: Install interior walls & doors, relocate existing washroom, millwork, equipment, plumbing fixtures & electrical work. Rev #1 - Removal of pony wall between retail and food area, seats area, and swing door - Add heat pump in storage area, merchandise shelves in retail area, and glass sliding coolers. Note: 1. Class 5 Cooking Operations (No Hood) 2. Appliances are less than or equal to 6 kW 3. Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. 4. Noise emanating from mechanical equipment (e.g., air conditioning units, exhaust equipment, generators, etc.) is required to conform to Vancouver By-law No. 6555 regulating Noise or Sound. (Note: Air conditioning units are not to exceed a noise level of 55 db during the daytime and 45 db at night.)
