Description

Certified Professional Program - New Building - To raise the grade to achieve 4.6 m. flood construction level and to construct one (Building 1) of the proposed two new 2-storey industrial buildings (Building 1 and Building 2). The new noncombustible industrial building, Building 1 (WEST) contains 11 (eleven) 2- level industrial shell strata units (Group F-2). Total number of industrial shell units on this site is 22. 1st level- warehouse and office space 2nd level- ancillary office. NOTE - all units will be provided with universal washroom at the TI application stage.
