- Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a new 42 storey mixed-use building consisting of: Level 1 and Level 2 - double height café (restaurant) shell Level 3 to Level 42 - 190 (per DP-2022-00542) residential strata units, all over 8 (eight) levels underground parking. An existing office tower is located on the same property west of the new residential tower and is separated by a 2 h firewall on Levels P1 and P2. The existing office tower and basement and the new residential tower and basement are considered separate buildings for the application of Division B, Part 3 requirements of the Building By-Law. This building is equipped with a radio antenna system. This project was reviewed under the VBBL 2019. NOTE: Future restaurant at Level 1 may not be visible at TI application stage. The applicant refused to submit K2 Form with this BP application. 27-Jul-2022 - Stage 1 (excavation and shoring) issued. 14-Sep-2023 - Stage 2.1 issued. Initial portion of below-grade structure, only for footings. Revised based on Peer Review. Issued subject to: follow-up is required when the vertical excitation analysis runs are complete to confirm that the foundation design is sufficient as issued and to verify whether or not any amendment is required. 08-Nov-2023 - Stage 2.2 issued. Foundation structure for basement levels P7 though P4. 14-Mar-2024 - Stage 2.3 issued. Foundation structure for basement levels P3 up to incl. Level 1. 06-Aug-2024 - Stage 3 (building structure Levels 2 through 5) issued by MV. 14-Nov-2024 - Stage 4 (full permit) issued. 12-Sep-2023 - Rev#1 issued Revision to excavation & shoring drawings to match Engineering's records.
