Scope of work includes interior fit-out and minor vertical addition by infilling existing floor openings on the second floor, and installation of an interconnecting stairs. Building Review Notes: - No exterior alteration is permitted. - Infill floor was originally counted into FSR per ECO, Jamie Zhang. - Minor Vertical Addition Upgrade Levels: F2, S2, N3, A2 and E2. - Mobile compact storage arrangements to be installed under this permit . Sprinkler design shall be addressed under SP permit and a full review will be required. Revision#1 - Jul 31, 2023 - J. Chen - Change VIC area layout and add a service room on the ground floor. - Change staff room (back of house) layout on the second storey. - Revise Phase 2 temporary store egress route on both floors. - Add Phase 2B (A016A2) and delete Phase 3 (A017). - Add a roll-out grille with man gate to the interior entrance from hotel lobby. - Revise curved stair design and add wood veneer (< 1mm) to the underside of the stairs. - Re-finish existing elevator.
