Change contractor Building Review Branch Notes: - Building Permit for DP-2020-00839 - Schedule B, architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical submitted. CRP is Farshid Rafiei, AIBC, 604-235-4444 - Refer to BP-2019-04344 for Restaurant Tenant Improvement and BP-2020-00728 for outdoor patio. - Occupant Load as per BP-2020-00728: 56 patio seats + 4 staff + 140 persons (interior occ. load). Total max. occupant load for washroom requirements = 200 persons. - VF&RS condition for approval: Updated Fire Safety Plan must be submitted and approved prior to Occupancy - Development Permit Conditions: The use is an accessory retail use to the restaurant use. The restaurant provides prep services for the coffee container, and garbage facilities will be shared with the restaurant. If the restaurant use ceases, then this use would need to cease operations or re-apply for a new permit. - Addition is considered a Self-Contained Volumetric Space as per article 11.2.1.5 of VBBL. No additional upgrade is required to existing structure. * Reviewed as per VBBL 2019.*
