Description

Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to remove the unauthorized dwelling unit located on the basement level and to retain the existing use as a one family dwelling at this building on this site. Scope of work includes: 1) To permanently cap off any discontinued domestic water pipes and drainage pipes OR any discontinued domestic water pipes and drainage pipes related to the removal of the unauthorized suite to permanently be capped off 2) Removal of the range, hood fan and all associated wiring up to to the supply breaker 3) Basement wall insulation upgraded to R22 effective. Hsu, P.Eng, 604-322-7158. - This building is not sprinklered. - Install Carbon Monoxide Alarm as per Building By-Law 9.32.4.2. - Install interconnected, hardwired, 120 volt smoke alarms with battery back-up and silencing feature, in each sleeping unit and in hallways outside each sleeping areas on each storey as per Building Bylaw 9.10.19. - REUP submitted by Peter Cho. *Selected Upgrade: Bathroom exhaust fans on timer or humidistats & install smart home thermostat.
