Scope of works: - install new lighting, new kitchen equipment and new roof top units; and - alter interior layouts and new seating plan. Commercial kitchen exhaust system to NFPA 96 (Two Type 1 Hoods); and 3. There are two additional Type 2 Hoods in the kitchen area for steam and heat removal. Rev. 1 - C. Fong - May 11th, 2023 - Revise reflective ceiling plan, change kitchen line and revise kitchen plan. - Update seating plan to show additions approved under DB-2022-03195. Part 11 design upgrade levels Per Minor Renovation: 'F1’, ‘S2’, ‘N1’, ‘A2’ & ‘E2’. 4. Washroom capacity on 2nd & Mezzanine floor is maximum 700 persons total. 5. No exterior alterations are proposed in this application. All roof openings are existing. 6. Separate permit requires for proposed exterior outdoor patio.
