Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and Interior alterations to provide fire damage repair to an existing single detached home at this site. Note: 1) The unauthorized dwelling unit located in the lower floor is to be removed including all the cabinetry, cooking facilities and sink. Subsequent Trades permits will be required to remove the electrical wiring up to the supply breaker and plumbing fixtures to be permanently capped. 2) Existing roof to be replaced with engineered roof. New roof is to match existing on site in terms of roof pitches and building height is to remain unchanged. No increase of building height and roof overhang is to be maintained at 1'9". 3) Storage room is to be removed in the attached garage and the two car parking space in the attached garage is to be restored.
