Certified Professional Program - New Building - To construct a 3-storey with mezzanine industrial building -Building 2 (B) (South) contains 12 wholesale units (Group F-2) with ancillary office use (Group D) at the upper mezzanine level of each unit: 1st strorey - parking garage 2nd storey, Levels 1 - 6 (six ) wholesale units with ancillary office spaces at mezzanine - Units #150, 155, 160, 165, 170 and175. 3rd storey, Levels 3 - 6 (six) wholesale units with ancillary office spaces at mezzanine - Units #305, 310, 315, 320, 325 and 330. NOTE: Vehicle and pedestrian access to 2nd storey (Level 1) is provided from the lower level loading court between Building A and Building B. Vehicle access to 3rd storey (Level 3) is provided by the driving aisle on the North side of Building A and the bridge between the two buildings and Level 3 loading court.
