NOTE 1: This permit was issued under the VBBL 2014. NOTE 2: No provisions for future kitchen exhaust shafts were provided in all Group E (SHELL retail) units at Level 1. An owner's acknowledgement letter is provided. The owner understands that future approval of a Restaurant in these ten (10) tenancies Group E, is doubtful. NOTE 3: All ten (10) retail SHELL units and the Restaurant to be provided with rough-in for future washroom facilities.
