NOTE 1: This permit was issued under the VBBL 2014. NOTE 2: No provisions for future kitchen exhaust shafts were provided in all Group E (SHELL retail) units at Level 1. An owner's acknowledgement letter is provided. The owner understands that future approval of a Restaurant in these ten (10) tenancies Group E, is doubtful.
