Certified Professional Program - New Building - To Construct a new 5 storey mixed-use building consisting: 1st to 3rd storeys - Wholesale use (shell) 4th to 5th storeys - Office Use (shell) all over two levels of underground parking with vehicular access from the rear lane. Okay per K. Anderson for this project to conform with ASHRAE 90.1-2010. Separate tenant improvement permits are required for all shell tenant spaces. Related to AL-2019-00266, AL-2019-00267 and AL-2021-00012. This is a CP process, CP is Gordon Richards, Architect. This permit has been reviewed under the 2014 Vancouver Building By-law (#10908). Building to be sprinklered to NFPA 13 requirements. The office shell portions of the building are TIPs eligible at the time of construction.
