Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Interior alterations to provide improvements on the first floor of the existing retail space in this two storey mixed use building. Scope of work includes: construct partition walls, install new floors in sales area, drywall and painting in sales area, millwork and display units in sales area and lighting alterations. March 24,2022 Notes: - Basement retail storage is part of this unit. - No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows. - Energy upgrade: E2 - lighting -upgrade to incorporate additional controls for special applications (per 9.4.1.3 of ASHRAE 90.1-2016). - DBI to determine on site if Schedule B, Structural, is required. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
