Revision #1 - Add Level 2 common areas refresh of interior finishes (carpet, paint, lighting) - Minor reconfiguration of Level 2 common area WC walls, add Janitor Closet - Relocate 2 plumbing risers on main level to improve flow - Increase construction cost of 100,000.00 Exterior alterations are limited to: 1)\tInstallation of a new detachable steel and glass canopy over the Building Line. Okay per A. Wroblewski 2)\tReplacement of storefront windows and doors to match existing look and feel. No changes in size of openings. 3)\tRemoval of one exterior door. 4)\tInstallation of 2 AC units at the centre of the building. Ok for Field Review as per M. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage.
