Scope of work is to remove millwork in the area to the south of the existing elevator for area of refuge. Tenant: Bit Quill Technologies Occupant Load = Max 100 persons Refer to DB-2022-00977 (at #200 for the same tenant) for time entries, fees, and documents. ******REVIEWED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF VBBL 2019******** Building Review Branch Note: - All new work shall conform to VBBL 3.1.5 Noncombustible Construction. - The category of work is Minor Renovation (F1, S2, N1, A2, & E2). - Accessible washroom stall doorway shall not be less than 850mm, self-closing, and have a D-shape door pull as per VBBL 3.8.3.11.(c). Its toilet shall have a secured tank lid as per VBBL 3.8.3.13.(1)(d). - Accessible urinal’s flush control shall comply with VBBL 3.8.3.14.(1)(e). - Exposed lavatory water supply and drain pipes shall be insulated as per VBBL 3.8.3.15.(1)(e). A tower dispenser or hand-drying equipment shall comply with VBBL 3.8.3.15.(g). REVISION #1 (Jul 26, 2023): - Replaced sliding doors at meeting rooms and offices with swing doors. - Revised seating layout and change of occupant load from 36 to 100 persons. - Removed a universal washroom and revised bathroom layout
