Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior and interior alterations to remove the front stairs and move the front entrance from main floor to the cellar floor, to square off the media room and den on the main and cellar floors, thereby adding approximately 40 sq ft to this existing One Family Dwelling on this site. Scope of work includes replacing the rear sliding door with swing doors for comply with exiting requirements, new roof decks over the squared off floors below, replacing the gutters, new cladding and window size changes on the front elevation, and validating the spice kitchen, window size change at the right elevation, new rear basement entrance and the ensuites at the rear of the upper floor.
