Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Exterior alterations in accordance with the approved Architectural Drawings (dated March 2, 2022) prepared by Measured Architecture, to remove and replace windows and doors in existing openings and locations for the improvement of the Energy Performance of this existing 2 storey and cellar, one family dwelling with attached 3 car garage having vehicular access from Wolfe St on this inside, no lane site. (Building protected under First Shaughnessy Heritage Conservation Area) Exterior alterations approved for DB, subject to the following; 1) Replace all windows and doors with low profile thermally broken high performance triple glazed ‘Keller Minimal’ and ‘Schuco’ units, complete with textured black powdercoat finish (RAL Effect Schwarz 200). Acceptable specified windows and doors are Keller Minimal, Keller Minimal 4+, Keller Minimal 4+ Pivot, Schuco AWS 75 SI (punch windows) and Schuco ADS 75 (exterior swing doors) or equivalent as determined by the Director of Planning. The alterations described under item no. 1 above, authorized by the Development Permit Number DB-2021-05831, including conditions and plans forming part thereof, are approved under the Heritage By-law and this Development Permit also constitutes a Heritage Alteration Permit. Notes: ~ Building Sprinklered - No sprinkler permit required. ~ Energy upgrade: Project type Exempt. ~ No changes to existing skylights. ~ This permit has been issued under VBBL 2019.
