STAGE I - Excavation & shoring Issued July 28, 2021 STAGE II - Foundation to Grade [Structural only} Issued December 03, 2021 STAGE III - Full Structure Issued March 18, 2022 and STAGE IV - Full Permit Issued October 31, 2022 NOTE: Kitchen exhaust shafts for CRUs at Level 1 are not provided. The owner understands that since there was no pre-determined location for future restaurant kitchen exhaust, the approval of a restaurant in any of these tenancies is doubtful, and installation of a full exhaust system (if required) is the sole responsibility of tenant/s to build out the exhaust shaft/s, using the suggested route as outlined in a letter, signed by the Owner on Oct 28, 2022. The Letter was accepted by John Greer. This Application is being processed through the SHORT program. VBBL 2014 26-Feb-2024 - BP Revision#1 issued. Changes for building addresses and CRU units at 1st floor, addition of security screen on 3rd floor, replacement of double doors in public corridors with a solid wall between the two residential components, and other changes as accepted under the DP-2023-00349.
