Scope of work includes validating the as-built kitchen and washrooms, adding a servery area and upgrading the entire kitchen. Ok for field review per J. Zhang - Aug 9, 2022 Notes: - This building is sprinklered. A separate sprinkler permit is required for all related work. - Energy Upgrade: E2 - Lighting - Upgrade to Local Control (per 9.4.1.1.(a) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016). - Schedule B, Architectural, Craig Burns, 604-209-8082. - This office contains a Class 3 Cooking Operation, with a grease capacity alike to a single family residence. No commercial cooking is permitted. - No translucent or opaque film, artwork, posters, shelving, display cases or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing frontages and windows. Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage. It is the applicant's responsibility to identify and note all required upgrades including energy upgrades on their BP drawings at BP stage.
