Wong, April 22nd, 2022 Revision #1 - Added Structural dwgs and Schedule B Architectural submitted as per Min Park, P.Eng, 778-836-7221 - Increase construction cost of 4,000.00 This is not a sprinklered building Note: Storefront glazing is to remain clear and unobstructed. No translucent or opaque film, artwork, shelving, display case, curtains or similar elements are to be installed on or directly outside or inside of the approved glazing. Separate permit is required for all signage. Letters of Assurance rec'd: Schedule A & Schedule B Architectural submitted as per Nicholas Waissbluth, AIBC, 604-612-5095 Schedule B Electrical submitted as per Dugan Doherty, 604-294-8414 Schedule B Mechanical & Plumbing submitted as per Chris Liu, P.Eng, 604-294-8414 Energy Upgrade: Lighting - Upgrade to incorporate Scheduled Shutoff (per 9.4.1.1.(i) of ASHRAE 90.1-2016) Note: Energy checklist is currently no longer required with your Building Permit (BP) application. Some supporting documents are still required at BP stage, specifically Envelope and HVAC, if applicable. Service Water Heating and Lighting supporting documents, if applicable, must be submitted with your related trades permits (e.g. electrical and plumbing). All energy upgrades will be checked during inspections stage.
