Field Review - Addition / Alteration - Major renovation for interior alterations to demise existing Retail (E) at 1929 W 4th Av on the 2nd storey into two Retail (E) units and provide tenant improvements; 1929 W 4th Av - 2nd storey (approx. 1,267 sq. ft.) Maximum Occupant Load = 25 persons 1931 W 4th Av - 2nd storey (approx. 2,500 sq. ft.) Maximum Occupant Load = 48 persons in this existing 3 storey commercial building on this site. Scope of work includes: alterations to remove walls, plumbing fixtures, HWT and door; upgrade existing wall and infill portion of the wall for a 2hr FRR demising wall; new walls, plumbing fixtures, light and door for new universal washroom; new millwork and furniture (display racks, wall display units, counters) replace building exit signs with pictogram signs; no changes to interior partitions, lighting and ceilings.
